REIKI CLASSES
Annette Cruz is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in the following modalities: Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Kundalini Reiki & Shamanic Reiki.
Classes are offered In-person or Live-online
Each class includes a corresponding pdf manual, attunement(s) at each level, training methods, techniques, live demonstrations of hands on practice and a personalized Certificate of Completion. Classes.
Classes are usually held on Saturday afternoons but can be tailored to your schedule.

REIKI LEVEL I
Heal Thyself
Through the Reiki Level I attunement we empower your body’s natural ability to self-heal. In this class you will learn about the history of Reiki, how Reiki works, Chakra and Aura basics, activate your Chi Energy, practice and learn the traditional hands-on self healing Reiki method and meditations.
In addition, your class will include information on how to utilize other intuitive strategies to aid in your self healing practice such as: Yoga, Crystals, Essential Oils, Sound Healing, Mantras, Shamanic techniques and Manifesting with Reiki.
Your Reiki Level I class includes a Level I Training Manual to accompany your live class, an attunement to the Reiki Power Symbol and a Reiki Level I Certificate.
Energy Exchange is $200.00, Class can be in-person or online and is approximately 4-5 hours.
Prerequisite: Only that you come ready and willing to learn and heal.
REIKI LEVEL II
Heal Others
Level II continues to open the universal energy force to connect the practitioner on a deeper level and focuses on healing others.
You will learn techniques to heal others in person and how to send distance healing. You be attuned to and learn 2 additional Reiki symbols, their meaning and how to apply them within your practice.
We will review the traditional Japanese Techniques taught in Level I and learn a few more Japanese techniques as well as additional Shamanic methods of managing energetic connections.
Your Reiki Level II class includes a Level II Training Manual to accompany your live class, an attunement to the Reiki Level II symbols and a Reiki Level II Certificate.
Energy Exchange $200.00. Class can be in-person or online and is approximately 4-5 hours.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I
REIKI LEVEL III - MASTER/TEACHER
Teach Others to Heal
In this an intensive two-day class we focus on personal development. IN addition to receiving your Master Level attunement, you will learn how to perform attunements.
At this level you move into discovering more about the mysteries of life. How you relate to yourself and the universe. This can be practiced for the rest of your life and is always a personal practice which can develop into a professional teaching practice if you so desire.
There are also deeper Japanese cultural and philosophical understandings that are taught. Once Shinpiden is completed, all aspects of the system of Reiki become an integral part of the student’s life. Some say that this is where life and the system of Reiki merge, with students unable to tell the difference between the two.
Instead of thinking of Reiki as a lifetime practice we now know that life is our Reiki practice. Students who wish to teach the system of Reiki will most importantly need to further their own personal practice before beginning to teach.
Your Reiki Level III Master Teacher class includes a Level III Training Manual to accompany your live class, an attunement to the Reiki Level III Symbol and a Reiki Level III Master Teacher Certificate.
Energy Exchange $350.00. Class can be in-person or online and are held on two consecutive days, each class is approximately 5 hours.
Prerequisite is Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II
Policy for Class Registration, Cancellation and Refunds
Each class has hold fee of $75.00 to hold your place. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation and called a “Cancellation Fee”.
Any tuition payment above and beyond cancellation fee can be applied for another class within 6 months of original class date. If you fail to take the class within 6 months, you will forfeit your tuition.
All group Reiki Classes must be paid in full at the beginning of each class. Private Reiki Classes must be paid 15 days in advance.
Tuition payment is non-refundable after taking a class.
We reserve the right to reschedule class due to weather/emergency or if there are not at least two students signed up for a group reiki class – unless you have specifically requested a “personal class”. The entire tuition can be applied to a rescheduled reiki class date. If for any reason you can not make the rescheduled class date, you can choose other reiki classes within 6 months of the original class date. If you fail to take the class within 6 months, the tuition will be forfeited.
